Burger King nutrition is readily accessible via their site. But, who may have time to undergo everything that information? Well, I did so it for you personally. I've got a few options for you to select from that will not derail excess fat loss efforts.

First, a confession. I am a fast food lover. It's been a weakness of mine since I was at high school.

But, I have found that eating smaller meals of 300-400 calories 5-6 times each day has helped me slim down. I don't eat considerable amounts of food at anybody time, plus I do not get those the urge to eat that have me overeating.

I've taken this process and applied it to fast food nutrition. So, when you're at Burger King, this is what to order.

Think about Sides?

Realize that there aren't any side options above. A medium french fry or a medium hash brown order can cost you an extra 400-500 calories. You now will be looking at a meal that totals 700-900 calories, and also you haven't taken into account your drink yet!

So, get the fast food fix, but skip the perimeters and drink. You'll do your hair a big favor saving those extra calories for down the road inside the day with some thing nutritious and healthy that the body actually needs.

Perhaps a bit of fruit with some reduced fat cheese? Or think about hummus and carrot sticks? These food types will be more filling and much more nutrient dense than any order of french fries plus a medium Coke.

Too Hard?

If quitting french fries is too hard for you personally, I am aware. Once i would be a kid, I would sometimes just order french fries and skip the burger or chicken nuggets.

Then, skip the drink. Skip the shake or soda and stay hydrated instead. You still be saving yourself around 150-200 calories and you also won't even miss it.

Should you skip 100-200 calories each day everyday with simple things like normal water instead of calorie dense drinks, you'd lose 10-20 pounds over a year. Now, so how exactly does that sound?

Burger King nutrition doesn't have to be bad. You will find something to consume that will match your fast food craving and never sabotage unwanted weight loss efforts.
